THE Idea

The concept for "The Vault" originated from personal needs and an obvious lack of premium-tier vehicle storage facilities nationwide. In the DFW market, it can be estimated that approximately 80% of vehicles that are valued at over $100K, whether they're actively driven or not, are parked or stored at their respective owners residences. Luxury vehicle storage facilities are sparse in general, however, the vast majority of those owners don't have access to any of those, especially any at the caliber of The Vault. The Vault would provide those potential customers with pristine, climate-controlled, technologically-enhanced private garages with on-site security on par with Fort Knox.
